Voorkomt warmteverlies en absorbeert vloerexpansie.

Indien toegevoegd aan een cementmix, wordt een nog betere bedekking van de verwarmingsbuizen gegarandeerd. Moet verdund worden voor gebruik in de verhouding 1.3 kg voor 100 kg cement.
